South Korean tech giant Samsung will launch its flagship smartphone series Samsung Galaxy S23 in the first quarter of 2023.

The top-end variant of the series will be the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, which has already appeared on the FCC certification database and Geekbench.

Now the phone has also appeared on China's TENAA database, revealing several specifications of the device.

As per the listing, the model number SM-S9180 features a 6.8-inch screen with 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution and 16.7M colours.

The weight of the smartphone is 233 grams and the dimensions are 163.4mm, 78.1mm and 8.9mm.

A performance core appears to be the custom-built Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, clocked at 3.36GHz instead of 3.2GHz. For storage, this smartphone has 8 or 12 RAM and 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options.

The listing has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a 108-megapixel primary camera instead of the 200-megapixel camera, which has been the phone's biggest feature so far.

Based on this information, it is expected to feature the same 108MP ISOCELL HM3 sensor as the current S22 Ultra.

Apart from this, 12-megapixel telephoto, 12-megapixel ultra-wide and 2-megapixel second sensor will also be present in the rear camera of the phone.
