A director behind the new Indiana Jones film has revealed what attracted Hollywood to Northumberland.
Other scenes were shot on the North York Moors Railway line at Grosmont and the Leaderfoot Viaduct over the River Tweed near Melrose in the Scottish Borders.
"We narrowed it down to a few options and when we brought in our director he knew straight away that Bamberg was the right choice," he told BBC Radio Newcastle's Breakfast with Matt Bailey.
